Job Description:

Security Duties:

  • Monitor and secure office areas to maintain order and workplace safety.
  • Conduct checks on visitors, vehicles, and items entering or leaving the office area according to procedures.
  • Perform routine patrols in the factory and surrounding areas.
  • Handle emergency situations or unexpected incidents following security protocols.
  • Prepare daily reports on security activities and the condition of the work area.

 

Receptionist Duties:

  • Welcome guests and provide reception services in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Receive and direct phone calls or messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
  • Assist in scheduling the use of meeting rooms and ensure rooms are clean and ready for use.
  • Provide information and support light administrative tasks in the office.

Qualifications:

  • Male, maximum age 30 years.
  • Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a security officer, receptionist, or front office staff is an advantage.
  • Security training certificate (Satpam) from the Police is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
  • Willing to work in shifts if required.
