Job Description:
- Ensure customer complaints are handled effectively.
- Conduct qualification and approval of suppliers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the CDAKB (Certificate of Conformity for Medical Devices and Equipment) quality management system.
- Participate in decision-making regarding quarantine or disposal of returned, damaged, recalled, or suspected counterfeit medical devices.
- Focus on managing activities within the scope of responsibility while ensuring the accuracy and quality of documentation.
- Coordinate and promptly execute all activities related to the recall of medical devices and/or medical device materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry (Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices).
- Understanding of quality management principles.
- Possess CDAKB (Certificate of Conformity for Medical Devices and Equipment) certification.
- Based in Utan Kayu, East Jakarta.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Proficient in English.
