Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the company's marketing efforts, including visiting clients, handling company exhibition(s), website, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure effective marketing support and alignment.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Measure and analyze marketing performance, using data to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's marketing approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies (please attach your portfolio).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and experience in managing social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to make informed decisions.
- Creativity and innovation in developing unique and effective marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
