Job Description:
- Implement and maintain processes required to comply with ISO 13485 and CPAKB standards.
- Develop and execute production plans according to targets and production capacity.
- Plan manpower requirements to support production activities.
- Prepare and update production SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.
- Ensure that production results meet established quality standards.
- Prepare accurate and periodic production activity reports.
- Coordinate with related departments (PPIC, QA, Warehouse, and Engineering) to ensure smooth production processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production (preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, capable of preparing reports, and possessing strong analytical skills.
